The United States says it has visited Iran’s airfield many times in the last few weeks to see the attackable drones that Russian authorities are trying to acquire for an attack on Ukraine.
According to the White House, Iran showed the drone to Russian authorities at Kashan Airfield on June 8th and July 15th. The Biden administration has released satellite images showing the Shahed-191 and Shahed-129 drones flying at the airfield at the same time that the Russian delegation’s transport planes are on the ground.
Jake Sullivan, the White House’s national security adviser, has released the results of the administration’s investigation.
Mr Sullivan said in a statement that the government has “information that the Iranian government is preparing to provide hundreds of UAVs to Russia.”

UAVs are unmanned aerial vehicles or drones.
“We rate the official Russian delegation to have recently received a showcase of Iran’s attackable UAVs. They released these images captured in June and the Russian government delegation saw the Iranian UAVs that day. “It shows,” Sullivan said. “This suggests Russia’s continued interest in acquiring Iran’s attackable UAVs.”
Sullivan also said the United States understands that the June visit is the first time a Russian delegation has “visited this airfield for such a showcase.”
Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdrahian said in a phone call with his Ukrainian counterpart on Friday that the U.S.’s accusations of Iran’s drone being acquired by Russia for the war with Ukraine are “unfounded.” rice field.

This happens when President Joe Biden visits the Middle East and explains his vision for the region. He is expected to meet with Arab leaders in Saudi Arabia on Saturday to discuss implementing missile and defense capabilities in the region to counter Iran’s drones and missile attacks.

Biden has pressured Arab countries to strengthen Russia’s stance on the invasion of Ukraine. None of the countries attending the summit followed the United States in sanctioning Russia.
