A man accused of the 2004 killing of a Houston man was reportedly taken back from Mexico after fleeing the country to avoid prosecution.
Antonio Valencia Davaros, 53, was charged with shooting Santiago Gonzales in 2004, Fox Houston reported.

Police said Davaros pulled a pistol out of his pants and shot Gonzales multiple times. He died on the scene.
