A neighbor told Fox News Digital that Blunt “drank too much” on the night of the incident and “runs wild” when drunk. This was later shown in a breathalyzer test.
Brandt was handed a “very low” bail for what he did, neighbors said, and said it should have been higher.
One of the neighbors spoken to by Fox News Digital said the incident devastated members of the community.
“I’m out of my mind. I don’t know yet,” said the neighbor.

About two and a half hours before the incident, a neighbor was at a bar with Brandt and said everything seemed normal.
