Police have arrested a man after a witness reported exposing himself to a four-year-old at a California park.
The alleged incident occurred Friday afternoon at El Camino Park. Police say they received a call from a man in his 40s who was with his son.
The man said he was feeding the dog water when he noticed a preschooler approaching the table and talking to a strange man. According to a news release, his father later realized the suspect was exposed and that he was touching himself while talking to the boy.
The father immediately began yelling at the suspect who fled the park.

Palo Alto police found Rupert Richard Taylor-Fox, 59, of Menlo Park with his pants unbuttoned and zipped down. Taylor Fox was incarcerated in Santa Clara County Main Prison for obscene exposure and harassment of children. Both charges are misdemeanors.
