A Florida woman who thought she lost her wedding ring just days before Hurricane Ian miraculously found the jewelry right next to her garage.
Ashley Garner, her husband Blake and their children searched the Fort Myers yard and garage for two days and found no sign of the ring.
“I just accepted that it was gone,” Garner told The Associated Press. rice field.”

The family stayed at home during the storm and went out to clean after the storm had passed.
“We’ve been cleaning for about 10 minutes and my husband is cleaning the bushes and the tree right next to the garage door,” Garner explained. When we moved over that mountain, the ring was right there.”
In a Facebook post, Garner said he was speechless.

She said this gave her hope as the area is very desolate.
Her neighborhood did not experience the devastating flooding that many parts of the state experienced, but 150 mph winds from the hurricane left huge mountains and bushes behind.

“I sat on the curb and prayed to God and thanked him for providing a sign that there was hope for the community,” Garner said.
