A Florida woman was caught in a strange video that appears to have a rake and a black whip outside a Publix supermarket after trying to sell a teddy bear behind the store.
According to arrest reports, the incident took place around 2 pm in front of the Publix supermarket on 1685N Hancock Road in Minneola, Florida.
A Florida highway patrol soldier responded to a woman identified as Ocoee’s 56-year-old Lisa Anthlone. Dashcam footage shows a woman appearing to point her whip at a trooper.
Police said the soldier ordered her to put down a weapon, but she refused. The trooper managed to remove the weapon from Sloan’s belongings, handcuff her, and place it behind her police car.

According to arrest reports, Slone began kicking the right rear window while they were waiting for the EMS. Another soldier who arrived at the scene helped the first soldier sway Sloan’s legs.
EMS has determined that Slone does not need to go to the hospital. According to the arrest report, the Publics manager told the soldiers that Sloan was trying to sell a teddy bear behind the store, and later ran around with a whip and a rake that stabbed a minivan.
Trooper wrote in his arrest report that Stone appears to be “very drunk with certain stimulants.” He said he had observed many recent cutmark scars and bruises on her legs and body. The woman repeatedly said she “no longer feels pain and is God-dominated,” she said, her arrest report said.

Stone was arrested and charged with a weighted assault with a deadly weapon. She was successfully transferred to Orange Lake County Prison.
