A woman in Washington DC confronted armed attackers with guns pointed and refused to hand over her property until the man gave up and walked away.
According to Fox 5, Iris Bond Gill says it was her instinct to shout at guys.
“What the hell? No,” she said, causing the man to back off.
“Shoot me,” she added provocatively as he continued to retreat to a nearby intersection.

The man stepped forward again and gestured for her to hand over her bag, but she did not comply. He then gives up and runs away.
“Look, it’s really complicated to think about now. I don’t remember exactly, but I know. I knew I was in danger. So I just threw the bag away and just prepared to confront. ‘,’ Bond Gill told Fox.
“I’ve seen videos, and to be honest, I saw a young man in front of me. And I’ve seen in him many young people that I’ve worked with over the years. And somehow, I think I almost went into chastisement mode for him as well,” she added. Bond Gill has had a long career in teaching.
