A Michigan man has been arrested on suspicion of molesting a 6-year-old boy at a McDonald’s restaurant in Chicago, police said.
Brian Sutton, 62, is a resident of Flint, Michigan. Sutton faces his one felony count of kidnapping of a victim under the age of 13 and another felony charge of sexual abuse with aggravated crime.
The alleged sexual abuse took place in a bathroom at a McDonald’s location on Chicago’s North Clark Street. This is where Rock ‘n’ Roll used to be his McDonald’s flagship store.
The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. Saturday. Security guards responded to the incident.

Sutton allegedly punched a 61-year-old security guard. Police soon arrived and detained a suspect who reportedly resisted arrest.
