San Bernardino, Calif. police said Monday that more than 250 pounds of methamphetamine were seized by authorities after a traffic stop.
Department of Drugs Division officers stopped a driver suspected of transporting large quantities of illegal drugs to San Bernardino.
When officers searched the vehicle, they found 15 pounds of methamphetamine in a large black trash bag.
Police later obtained and served a search warrant at the suspect’s home, where they found an additional 244 pounds of meth. Officers also seized over $8,000 of his cash that was found on the premises.

The overall street value of seized drugs is Estimated at about $803,000, according to the police.

The suspect was arrested for a felony and placed in custody. His car was also towed.
