An eight-year-old boy and two teenagers were shot dead in Wilmington on Monday night, police said.
Wilmington police said in a news release that the shooting took place around 7 pm on 300 blocks on South Jackson Street. According to police, police found that three boys aged 8, 16 and 17 were shot dead and all were taken to the hospital. Police did not disclose details about the extent of the boys’ injuries, but said they were stable.
