There are currently 1,053 cases in 41 states and Puerto Rico, according to data from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
More than 150 cases of monkeypox have been identified in three states, including California, New York, and Illinois.
Data from distributors currently show over 11,000 cases worldwide.
