The college football offseason was all about name, image, likeness (NIL) deals and back-and-forth over reorganizations across the sport’s major conferences.

NIL contracts and additional rewards for college athletes are relatively new, but athletes are cashing in. Alabama’s Bryce Young signed with his local BMW dealership, Texas running back Bijan Robinson signed with a Lamborghini, and USC moved Caleb Williams. After joining Trojans, he signed with Fanatics Authentic and Beats by Dre.

Tim Tebow was one of the biggest college football stars from 2006-2009. He led the Gators to a national championship in his 2008. He also won the title when he was a freshman in 2006. Tebow won the Heisman Award in 2007.
Last year, Tebow partnered with Clean Juice to become the company’s national brand ambassador. Clean Juice also announced the first release of Tebow. The franchise will open in Florida next month. He told Fox News Digital in his recent interview that it’s hard to say whether he was heavily involved with the NIL during his college days, but he should have “guardrails.”
“I think it’s very difficult to answer the hypothesis,” Tebow said. “It’s totally different, right? I think part of the NIL is really cool. You get to see a lot of athletes being supported. I also think it’s important to have guardrails in place for teams and coaches. Everyone You need to understand the do’s and don’ts of it.

The NCAA adopted an interim NIL policy in June 2021. Days later, the Supreme Court ruled that the NCAA had violated antitrust laws and that the student-athletes were not compensated.
Tebow said he was not surprised by how quickly the NIL took off.
“When people talk about it, I thought it would spread pretty quickly in some very good ways, and in some ways people would have to understand it. I hope we can all come together and do the right thing for our student-athletes and the game,” Tebow told Fox News Digital.
“I think it’s really, really important. I hope they do the right thing for the players and the game, not just the meeting. And I hope they come first.”
Texas and Oklahoma decided to move to the SEC before USC and UCLA decided to become the Big Ten. Additionally, Charlotte, Florida Atlantic, North Texas, Rice, UAB and UTSA move from Conference USA to the American Athletic Conference, while Marshalls, Old Dominion and Southern Miss head to the Sun Belt.

Tebow predicted that college football could eventually be consolidated into three conferences.
“In my head and heart, I think there will be at least three. I think it would have been difficult to have just two. I think there are too many good teams to be a part of. At least three.” I think it is, but I hope it’s more than that, it’s too big for the whole country,” said Tebow.
“So what’s the ACC going to do? Will they host the ACC’s West Coast league? What will happen to all the Big 12 teams? You have a growing SEC. But you know a lot has to happen. There are so many hypotheses. And to be honest, I don’t think many people are making decisions.
Alabama are certainly considered favorites to win the national championship every year. He went even further and predicted that the Crimson Tide would handle the trophy in January 2023.
“If I had to guess right now, I would probably lean towards ‘Bama’. They are so talented. Literally probably the best offensive player and best defensive player on their team.” Tebow said, “They’ve done really well at Transfer Portal, got another running back, and some receivers. Their secondary is going to be really good. Also, opposite Will Anderson. , with pass rushers on both edges…it’s a really talented team.
