Aaron Donald is one of the most formidable players in NFL history and has had an amazing career so far with the Los Angeles Rams.
Donald, who just won a Super Bowl title and already has three Defensive Player of the Year awards, returned to training camp late last month. He was seen in a rare drill putting his hand around the neck of rookie defensive his lineman, Elijah Garcia. Donald explained in an episode of “I Am Athlete” that he was practicing technique and that Garcia “had to pay dues.”

Recently retired NFL offensive lineman Andrew Whitworth knows Donald’s pain all too well after playing with him for six years and trying to keep him down during his time with the Cincinnati Bengals.
At the Cedars-Sinai board’s 50th anniversary celebrations at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on Sunday, Whitworth explained to Fox News Digital that it’s no fun actually opposing future Hall of Famers.

“He’s just a human wrecking ball. I think it’s the same as a match. It’s probably actually worse because we play against each other every day. He knows all the plays and I know all the cadences,” said Whitworth. “Many days he just ruins practice. That’s the bottom line. It’s not very fun for anyone with him.”
Whitworth was to receive the Visionary Award at the event.
“For me, I think my goals and ambitions for the last five years have been to find ways to get involved in the community and help make people’s lives better just by being a part of it here in LA.
