A federal appeals court has ordered a review of new changes to the Biden administration’s Childhood Arrivals Deferral Program.
The decision was handed down Wednesday by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, which said a Texas federal judge would need to reconsider the program after several changes were made by the Biden administration in August.
