Texas Rangers fans who caught New York Yankee Aaron Judge’s historic 62nd home run in the stands Tuesday night already have a $2 million offer for collectibles.
“If he’s willing to sell it, I think the offer is too fair,” JP Cohen, owner of Memory Lane, a California-based sports memorabilia auction house, told The Associated Press.
He said he had yet to hear back from Cory Youmans, the owner of the ball.
Youmans was sent off by guards wearing safety gloves on Tuesday after making a spectacular catch from the front row of Section 31 in left field. He told reporters that when asked what he would do with the ball, he still “hadn’t thought about it.”
