Several Tampa Bay Buccaneers players and coaches were spotted wearing “Florida Strong” shirts before Sunday night’s Week 4 game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Todd Bowles, Joe Tryon-Shoyinka and Cameron Brate wore shirts to raise awareness for those in the Tampa Bay area affected by Hurricane Ian. Before the game, the Buccaneers said they would launch a “Florida Strong” relief effort that includes fundraising, respect for emergency workers, and community unity to help those affected by the disaster.

Buccaneers co-owner Darcy Glaser Kasewitz said in a news release, “We are dealing with a tragic situation and helping thousands of Florida residents in need after this devastating storm. “Together we will show that we are Florida Strong by raising funds, honoring brave first responders, and encouraging them across the state to help wherever they can .”
The organization said the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Foundation is donating a portion of the proceeds from the 50-50 raffle at Raymond James Stadium to relief efforts and selling “Florida Strong” shirts.
